Which is the maximum amount of lugages can I carry on board ?
As a guideline, light jets can usually accept one medium bag per person as Medium jets can accept two medium bags per person. Consult us for large jets. -
What the payment process ?
The flight must be payed in advance and by credit cards or wire transfers. -
What happen if the flight cannot occur due to bad weather ?
We always book alternate transportation to arrive at the soonest to your final destination -
What happen if i'm late for my flight ?
Unless the company does not advise about any restrictions, your crew will be waiting for you. -
Is there any restriction on the airports I wish to land ?
You will be advised immediatly about those restrictions and you will be propose alternate solutions. -
I would like you to arrange my journey at destination, it is possible ?
We can arrange any kind of request. There is almost no limit ! -
I want to cancel my flight, would it produce extra cost ?
We usually try to make cancellation policy for your best interest. If the flight is cancel in due time, you should not be charged. The cancellation policy will be display in the contract. -
I need special arrangment upon arrival ( taxi, limousine ) or during flight ( catering, wheelshair ) ?
Any arrangment is possible. -
I have a connexion with an helicopter or an airliner at the destination, can you arrange ?
Let us know the details of your connexion, we will arrange everything. -
How long in advance can I book the flight ?
Depending on destination like Nice or Paris, which can be booked one hour in advance. Destination like Moscow or USA may take longer (usually minimum 1 day). -
Can I take pets or smoke on board ?
Smoke is usually not permitted on board. Pets are accepted subject to custom immigration procedure.
